Real Estate partner and global Chief Operating Officer (COO) Zahra Bardai is responsible for the international operations of the market leading global real estate team at BCLP, working across the legal, finance and business support teams to drive forward the real estate strategy. Prior to becoming COO, Zahra spent over 10 years as a commercial real estate lawyer, advising on a broad range of transactions including structured disposals and acquisitions utilising a variety of tax efficient vehicles, joint ventures, and real estate aspects of property finance (acting for both borrower and lender).
