  • Key clients include: Tesco, Lloyds, RBS and Barclays.
  • Appointed Head of Banking in 2014 to develop BLP’s global banking practice and develop key client relationships.
  • Experience includes investment grade and syndicated lending, investment and development real estate finance in the syndicated and securitisation markets, public and private acquisition finance and corporate and debt restructuring.
  • Notable project is advising RBS on Project Isobel, the structured disposal of a £1.6bn real estate loan portfolio.

  • Romulus Group - Advised the Romulus Group in relation to various investment and development facilities from Aviva Commercial Finance Limited and a clearing bank.
  • CancerPartners UK Limited - Advised CancerPartners UK Limited on facilities from The Royal Bank of Scotland plc for the purposes of the build-out and development of new treatment centres for the expansion of CancerPartners UK Ltd business in the prevention, diagnosis, and/or treatment of cancer.
  • Tesco - Advised Tesco on its £5bn programme of releasing value from its UK property portfolio first announced in April 2006 and ran to 2014. The programme involved a series of off balance sheet joint ventures and sales and leasebacks, some with securitised debt.
  • Private & Commercial Finance Limited - Advised PCF in relation to the £55m revolving credit facilities from Barclays to finance the acquisition of motor vehicles and for working capital purposes.
