Carol is a partner in the International Arbitration group and has over 30 years’ experience of dealing with commercial disputes in relation to a wide variety of transactions and industry sectors. These include disputes relating to joint ventures, energy projects, shareholder disputes and outsourcing agreements.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Chartered Arbitrator.
