BLP wins Supplier of the Year 2010 award from food service leader, 3663
Law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has been awarded “Non Inventory Procurement – Supplier of the Year 2010” by the UK’s leading food service company, 3663.
3663 is a growing client of the firm and selected BLP over its other major suppliers for this important award. The award recognises the various complex matters that the firm has represented 3663 on, including litigation and outsourcing work.
3663 particularly valued BLP’s advice on a major IT outsourcing arrangement with Fujitsu Services Limited signed in 2010, involving a BLP team of Partner Richard Chapman and Senior Associate Usman Wahid.
Usman Wahid received the award on behalf of BLP and received a special mention for his input and dedication to the client.
Commenting on the award for BLP, Usman Wahid said “3663 have been an absolutely fantastic client to work with and we are delighted that they have valued our work to date. We look forward to continuing to build our relationship with 3663 at the high standards of commitment and expertise we set for ourselves.”
Commenting on the award for 3663, Richard Ranby, Buying Controller said “This is the first year that 3663 Non-Inventory Procurement has issued awards to its suppliers. BLP was unanimously selected by the team as our supplier of the year for 2010. The quality of BLP’s people, their level of professionalism and most importantly their positive attitude to do business were the principle reasons behind our selection.”
