BLP advises new client Adgorithms on its US$125m IPO on AIM

International law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has advised new client Adgorithms on its US$125m initial public offering (IPO) on AIM which completed today.

Adgorithms, whose operations are based in Israel, has developed artificial intelligence based algorithmic technology which it is deploying in the high growth online advertising market.

The transaction is being led by Corporate Finance Partners Murdoch Currie and Alex Latner, assisted by Matt Oliver and Tom White.

BLP’s Israel desk already acts for more than 70 Israeli/Israel related companies and financial institutions and the Firm was able to secure the work through a combination of this experience with our capital markets and growing ad-tech expertise which includes advising on the US$250m IPO of Crossrider plc last September.

Relationship Partner Paul Miller led the pitch with Alex Latner to win the new client. Paul commented: “This represents another great example of what can be achieved by the Firm, and the exciting opportunities that are afforded through inter-office collaboration.”
