BLP advises Chantrey City Regeneration Fund on acquisition of Brandon House
Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) LLP has acted for Chantrey City Regeneration Fund on the acquisition of Brandon House, Borough High Street, London from AIB Investment Managers. Chantrey City Regeneration Fund is a joint venture between Chantrey Fund Management (a subsidiary of Australian listed property company Mirvac) and HSBC Specialist Investments Limited (“HSIL” is the dedicated property and infrastructure investment subsidiary of HSBC Holdings PLC). Forming part of a long term regeneration scheme for the property, the £19.4m acquisition forms the initial stage of what is expected to be a high profile and exciting project.
The multi-disciplinary BLP team was led by Richard Hopkinson-Woolley and Tim Simmonds and supported by senior associate, Samant Narula and covered all aspects of Real Estate, Investment Management and Finance.
