BLP appoints Till Buschmann to launch restructuring offering in Germany
International law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) today (27 March 2017) announces the hire of Partner Till Buschmann. He will launch the Firm’s restructuring offering in Germany from its Frankfurt office, and joins on the 1 April 2017.
Till will form BLP’s first dedicated restructuring capability in Germany and complement the existing legal expertise in the country including its Real Estate, Finance and Tax teams.
A restructuring expert with more than a decade of experience, Till was most recently a counsel of Dentons’ Restructuring team in Frankfurt, advising on restructuring and M&A transactions. Previous to this, Till was a Senior Associate in Restructuring and Special Situations Group at Ashurst.
The appointment follows the recent hires of new Partner Ibrahim Elsadig to spearhead BLP’s first Corporate and Commercial practice in the UAE, data protection Partner Kate Brimsted to head BLP’s Data and Cyber Security practice and Corporate Tax Partner Mark Brailsford. Kate and Mark will be based in London.
