Biography

Tom joined BCLP as a trainee in 2015, before qualifying into the Planning & Zoning (UK) team in March 2017.

Tom is experienced in town and country planning and development consenting.  He advises a wide range of clients from both the public and private sectors, and continues to have involvement with several major nationally significant infrastructure projects.

Tom also has recent experience of drafting and negotiating planning agreements, planning enforcement proceedings, overcoming rights of light infringements, the promotion of stopping-up orders and the review of planning applications and related EIA documentation.
