Biography

Bob Bach is Senior Counsel in the Denver office after having been a partner in the firm for more than 25 years. Mr. Bach served as the Chair of the Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer of HRO prior to its combination with Bryan Cave as well as on the Executive Committee and as head of the Global Growth Initiative at Bryan Cave. His leadership experience provides unique insights into the challenges that clients face every day.

He has a broad-ranging practice, which includes the representation of owners and developers in all aspects of real estate transactions including public REITs such as Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust and Industrial Income Trust as well as regional developers such as EverWest Real Estate Partners and Red Peak Properties. His experience also includes all aspects of real estate lending, as well as the workout of troubled loans for regional and national lenders. Mr. Bach also represents developers and investors in all types of partnership, joint venture and fund formation. In addition, he represents high net worth individuals and provides them advice on a number of matters, including real estate. Mr. Bach is a senior member of the firm's Real Estate Private Equity and REITs team.
