  • Examples of work include closing capital commitments of £1bn for a private equity real estate fund manager, the sale of the HSBC tower and the acquisition of the Notting Hill Gate Estate.

Sale of the HSBC Tower in Canary Wharf Estate

Advised on the indirect sale of the property for £1.2b in 2014. A complex deal structure which required the skills of a multi-disciplinary BLP team.


Unite Students

Advised on the £300m equity capital raise for Unite Students and acquisition of the AUB student accommodation fund. This was a complicated deal which required careful coordination of timelines and delivery.


Frogmore Fundraising

Advised on a £400m equity capital raise from a broad range of global institutional investors. A highly-organised project working across multiple time zones.


Private Rental Sector Fund

Advising Countrywide and Hermes on the launching of the Vista UK Residential Real Estate Fund. Utilising the Countrywide network to invest in residential property across the UK. The fund has a target growth of £1bn over the next 5 years.
