  • Specialising in the establishment and operation of unlisted pooled investment funds, private equity funds and joint ventures.
  • Advising fund managers on structuring their management businesses, funds, equity raisings, carried interest arrangements, restructurings, investments, co-investments and exits.
  • Experienced in UK, pan-European and global investment vehicles including limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, trusts, corporate structures and listed vehicles.
  • Examples of work include closing capital commitments of £1bn for a private equity real estate fund manager, the sale of the HSBC tower and the acquisition of the Notting Hill Gate Estate.
