A highly experienced transactional infrastructure construction and engineering lawyer who advises on all aspects of major infrastructure and real estate development projects across Asia.
Acts for a wide range of public and private sector project participants at all stages of the project development life-cycle including on project formation, structuring and procurement strategies, project development and regulatory issues as well as drafting and negotiating project documentation for all forms of construction and engineering procurement.
Has particular expertise advising on the procurement of master planned urban development and integrated infrastructure projects, multi-use sporting and entertainment venues in Asia. Ilan has recently been instructed on a diverse mix of public infrastructure projects including transport (rail, roads, airports), environmental services, traditional and renewable power.
