Round Hill Capital

Advised Round Hill Capital on its £600m disposal of the Nido portfolio — consisting of three blocks in Notting Hill, King's Cross and Spitalfields — to Greystar Real Estate Partners.


Carlyle Group

Acted for the Carlyle Group on the sale of Pure Student Living, London's premier, purpose-built accommodation business, to LetterOne Treasury Services for £532 million.


FTSE 100 company

Advised a FTSE 100 company on its £7 billion programme of releasing value from its UK property portfolio. The programme has involved a series of off balance sheet joint ventures and sales and leasebacks, some with securitised debt.


Cathay Life Insurance Co.

Advised Cathay Life Insurance Co. on the £575m acquisition of the corporate structure owning The Walbrook Building from Delancey and Ares Management’s JV fund, Minerva, in the biggest single-property London purchase in 2015.


Canary Wharf Group plc

Advised Canary Wharf Group plc on the pre-letting to Société Générale, one of continental Europe’s leading financial institutions, of eight floors of 1 Bank Street, a new 26-storey office block to be completed in 2019.


Cathay Life Insurance Co.

Advised Cathay Life Insurance Co. in relation to its acquisition of all the units of a Jersey property unit trust which owns the Woolgate Exchange Building in London City from Ivanhoe Cambridge and TPG, for around £311m. This is the first time Cathay has carried out a real estate transaction in the UK.
