  • Transactional experience across  8+ different sectors including real estate, finance, retail, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, information technology, infrastructure, engineering and manufacturing.
  • Particular focus on cross-border M&A transactions.
  • Examples of work include the £350m disposal of a popular roadside services restaurant chain, a well-known chocolate brand and its £120m takeover of a high-street chocolate chain, and the £238m acquisition of a clothing company.
