Liesl Fichardt

Liesl leads the BLP Contentious Tax practice and is top rated in the leading directories.  She has extensive experience in tax litigation, negotiation with revenue authorities and settlement of disputes. 

She advises multi-nationals, financial institutions, corporates and high net worth individuals on a number of ongoing tax and VAT disputes.  She has conducted cases in the Tribunal, the courts of appeal and the European Court of Justice.

Liesl advises on both domestic and cross border disputes, including all areas of international tax involving the EU Treaty, Double Tax Conventions and the EC Directives in relation to tax and VAT.

She is dual qualified as Solicitor and Solicitor-Advocate (England and Wales).
