Wade Bennett-Jackson

Wade was a National Junior Under-17 100m and 200m champion.  He won a 100m-relay bronze medal at the World Junior Championship in Beijing in 2006 and gold at the 2004 Youth Commonwealth Games.  In June 2007, he reached the European Championship qualifying final and in March last year he finished fifth in the Norwich Union Indoor semi-finals finals.  Wade trains with the British Elite Squad at Crystal Palace and reached the semi finals of the 100m, at the GB Olympic selection trials in Birmingham, finishing in 10.48 seconds.

Later this year, Wade is hoping to compete in the 2010 Aviva European Trials and UK Championships and the 2010 Aviva British Grand Prix.
