BLP Paris mainly concentrates on company, commercial and finance advice (in both English and French languages and law) and has been involved since its opening (Autumn 2006) in a substantial number of acquisitions and disposals, and general corporate and commercial work, mainly for non-French clients.

The office is headed by Antoine-Audoin Maggiar (Partner - Avocat à la Cour), who is supported by a French Associate, Hugues de Robillard. 

For assignments that require the services of additional lawyers the office also works closely with BLP London and the other international offices, providing support and advice on French and English legal matters and plays a key role in developing and enhancing BLP’s relationships with preferred firms in key European and North African jurisdictions, enabling the firm to provide clients with local commercial legal advice and comprehensive legal support in relation to their cross-border activities.
