We have a unique view of outsourcing as a global industry: for us, it is not about IT outsourcing (ITO), business process outsourcing (BPO) or other deal types. Rather, outsourcing is a global market in which there are many kinds of player: customers, providers, bankers, private equity firms, corporate finance advisers, intermediaries of various sorts and other professional advisers, all of whom operate and interact with one another.

Because of our vast experience of all kinds of outsourcing in a number of geographies, we regularly advise many of those players where we are free under our professional code and regulation to do so.

In support of our view of the outsourcing market, our quarterly Outsourcing Breakfasts provide insights into many aspects of the outsourcing industry: we attract top speakers with an independent stance to deliver these to audiences comprising many, if not all, of the players in the outsourcing market. And these are networking events, so we provide a forum for those players to interact with one another.  Recent Outsourcing Breakfasts have covered subjects as diverse as outsourcing and globalisation, insurance industry outsourcing, what a successful investment in an outsourcing company looks like from a private equity perspective, current and future trends in utilities outsourcing, outsourcing in a downturn and outsourcing in the Spanish market.

Similarly, our quarterly outsourcing journal, *work it out, provides a wide range of short, relevant and thoughtful views on the global outsourcing industry.
