Advised Chubb Insurance of Europe and Chubb Canada on the outsourcing of its business processes including finance (accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury services), insurance claims processing services and underwriting support services with Indian supplier Infosys covering Chubbs’ offices in ten countries.

Advised British Waterways on a contract with Atisreal Limited for the outsourcing of some of British Waterways’ commercial property management functions involving a continuously evolving portfolio of over 200 properties.

Acted for Old Mutual Asset Managers (OMAM) on a specialist transfer agency services agreement with International Financial Data Services in respect of Old Mutual’s UK based OEIC funds.

Advised Kingfisher (formerly Air Deccan one of India’s leading budget airlines) on the negotiation of an agreement for the supply and hosting of a new customer reservations system. The system is critical to Air Deccan’s day-to-day operations and allows for the projected growth of the business.

Advised InHealth Netcare in relation to its bid and completion of the London scheme of the Department of Health’s Phase 2 Diagnostics Programme (whose total value was £3.75bn) to provide a range of diagnostics equipment and services. As part of the same programme, BLP advised InHealth Netcare on its provision of PET/CT scanning services to the Department of Health in the South of England region.
