Our Leveraged and Structured Finance team is one of the leading dedicated leveraged and structured finance teams in the UK. We provide expert legal advice combined with in-depth commercial knowledge when acting on acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, public to private and complex structured finance transactions. Our clients include banks, private equity houses and corporate borrowers.

We predominantly act for lenders on leveraged and structured finance transactions and such lenders include the main lending banks providing finance to that finance sector. As a result, we are well placed to advise on the latest legal developments in the leveraged and structured finance market.
