John Lucy
John is an HR generalist with over 25 years experience in industry, his areas of expertise are Development and Change Management. John began his career with British Aerospace before moving to Schlumberger and then Sterling Health, where he was responsible for helping establish their Eastern European business. The past 15 years have seen his focus switch from manufacturing/FMCG to Professional Services having been HR Director with Ernst & Young, Herbert Smith and Simmons & Simmons before joining BLP. John is also an accredited coach and qualified mediator.
