Our experienced multi-disciplinary team of lawyers conduct arbitrations involving parties from many different jurisdictions and in a number of countries. Using arbitration raises a number of important issues and choices at various stages of the transaction and dispute process. The size and depth of our team enables us to manage the matter from receipt of instruction through to presentation of the case in front of the Tribunal. Where appropriate or cost-effective, we can provide support and assistance to overseas lawyers conducting arbitration proceedings in London, or in overseas arbitrations, where the chosen law of the contract is English.

Our team are experts in handling ad hoc arbitrations, those held under specific rules and various arbitral institutions including:
