Where appropriate or cost-effective, we can provide support and assistance to overseas lawyers conducting arbitration proceedings in London, or in overseas arbitrations. 

Our team are experts in handling ad hoc arbitrations, those held under specific rules and various arbitral institutions including:

  • London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)
  • International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
  • Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC)
  • Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)

Our practice advises leading corporates and financial institutions on a wide range of commercial disputes relating to energy projects, mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures and shareholder disputes. We also have specialist experience in advising on claims and disputes arising out of construction, civil engineering, transportation, mechanical, electrical and process plant projects. In these areas we act for owners, developers, funders, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and insurers. In addition we have substantial experience in dealing with reinsurance disputes by way of ad hoc arbitration.
