With an Employment team containing 5 partners and 18 other fee earners we invest our time learning about our client’s businesses. Clients have a dedicated team which is partner led to ensure our high service standards are met and that the client gets the best out of us.

We see relationship management as an ongoing dialogue so we meet with our clients regularly for review meetings and de-briefs to ensure we deliver a service which is aligned to their business and individual needs. Our objective is to support clients through a number of initiatives including: training and know how, secondments, Lawyers On Demand and our in-house employment lawyers service.

We are recognised for our employment training. Our lawyers are trained to present effectively and share their practical experience.  We provide “off the shelf” courses, seminars, workshops and bespoke training.  We also have thought leadership forums for HR Directors and in-house employment lawyers.

In terms of charging, we offer real alternatives to hourly rates which offer fee certainty to help your budgeting and cost control. The majority of our work can be done on a fixed or capped fee basis.  We also offer a range of retainers for everyday employment advice.
