In the meantime, this is an overview of what we do: 

Trade marks, designs and domain names - we register trade marks, designs and domain names at a UK, European Union and International level. We employ specialist trade mark attorneys to do this work as opposed to solicitors.  We carry out structured clearance searches for new trade marks before use. We deal with opposition and cancellation proceedings when trade mark applications or registrations are challenged. We manage worldwide trade mark, design and domain names portfolios for clients.

Did you know that we are one of the top 10 solicitors’ practices filing Community Trade Marks? 

Transactional IP - we deal with the structuring, ownership and licensing of IP rights to enable owners to fully exploit the commercial value of these rights. We provide advice on how to minimise costs and maximise the value of IP rights and conduct audits of rights to help you understand what you hold and where there are gaps in protection. We prepare IP portfolios for sale and investigate IP rights that are being acquired. We also draft licences and assignments of IP rights.

Would it surprise you to know that we act for Ascent (a joint venture between Lockhead Martin and VT) handling all the IP, IT and data aspects of the MOD’s outsourcing of its military flight training programme?   

IP Litigation - we handle all types of IP disputes. We offer pragmatic advice and litigate claims only where strictly necessary, both before the English courts and the European Court of Justice.
