Wealthy individuals, families and institutional clients require advice on an exceptionally broad range of UK and international tax issues - including international tax planning, tax minimisation (including tax efficient profit withdrawal), tax efficient investments and tax efficient remuneration. We advise on the taxation of individuals, partnerships (including limited partnerships), trusts, foundations and other asset holding vehicles. But the needs of private clients go beyond that and our ability to draw on expertise from other areas of the firm, such as employment, pensions, funds, corporate and real estate significantly enhances the service we provide to clients and differentiates us from many other firms. We have considerable experience of advising UK resident and domiciled individuals, non-UK domiciled individuals and non-UK resident individuals on the international tax issues which effect them.

Private clients often have diverse investments and business interests and value our considerable expertise in advising on the tax situs, source and personal tax consequences for different types of investors (both remittance basis and non-remittance basis users) of a broad range of investments. We also have extensive experience advising entrepreneurial clients and their families.  We have acted for many such clients from the time when their businesses were established.
