Our IP practice acts for retail clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters concerning intellectual property rights including branding issues, copyright and designs and comparative advertising. 

Brands, technical innovations, trade secrets and designs are significant assets to any retailer and through our commercial approach we ensure that our clients’ IP is protected against infringers and fully exploited to their advantage.
