We are an award winning team of 23 people supporting the firm and our international offices.  The department has a strong focus on client, business and team which makes us an integral part of the firm.  Our own HR Director sits on the Board.

We take an innovative approach and have our own internal head-hunter who provides an in-house search capability and a career development manager who provides support and guidance for our 0-3 year qualified solicitors. 

Our HR mission is to provide value-added administrative, operational and strategic support through:
