Emerging themes in 2012

It is already clear that 2012 will be another year of significant change and challenges for the financial services industry. With the FSA’s increasingly aggressive enforcement tactics, particularly aimed at senior management, the continued increase and changes in regulation both at the European and domestic level and the expected passage of the Financial Services Bill, businesses will need to be very clear about how these developments and new laws affect them.
