Led by Stuart Isaacs QC, our in-house advocacy team offers clients an innovative solution to resourcing and managing major litigation and arbitration.

From the outset, our barristers and other lawyers work together to agree strategy and tactics, prepare the case and finally present in court.

We believe, in many cases, our approach creates significant benefits both in increased efficiency in working practices and cost savings. Being part of an integrated team avoids any duplication and working together becomes streamlined as systems and processes are shared. Brief fees are not charged and we can provide greater flexibility in pricing options.

Selecting the right legal advisory team when faced with disputes is key. Our approach to advocacy provides clients with a choice. A team that is led by a BLP barrister, working closely with internal or external juniors, provides a robust and efficient option. On the occasions we believe using an external barrister is the best solution, we commit to always recommending this. Over the years we have built strong relationships with the Bar and these will continue to develop.

Our ongoing focus and commitment to advocacy builds on the existing skills of our barristers and 21 solicitor advocates who are all trained and experienced in advising clients from instruction to trial.
