Our Restructuring and Insolvency team combines detailed technical experience with astute commercial acumen to consistently deliver timely advice that focuses on protecting the interests of our clients.

Our cross-firm team is headed by restructuring and insolvency expert Ben Larkin and supported by a large team of specialists. It comprises of 28 partners and more than 70 lawyers who provide advice on the full range of restructuring and insolvency issues surrounding lending and borrowing, turnaround and insolvency, and regularly act on multi-jurisdictional, highly complex and challenging cases.

The wide breadth of knowledge demonstrated within the team provides us with a deep understanding of the environment our clients operate in.
