Our Corporate Finance team combines top-level technical and service delivery quality with efficient execution of deals.  Our expanding blue-chip client list of UK and international organisations has shifted the centre of gravity of our business towards larger, more complex work. 

Our team is an undisputed market leader in advising larger corporates on their mid-market transactions.  We are ranked number one, by respected legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers,  in mid-market corporate finance, and in AIM and domestic flotations work.  We are also highly ranked for our higher-end corporate transactional capability.  

We are also frequently called upon to advise non-executive directors and company boards on regulatory and governance issues.

Our private equity team is active across that market, operating in the venture capital/small buy out sector as well as on high-value transactions acting for opportunity funds. 

In addition to advising on the launch and restructuring of funds, our asset management team leads complex, sector specific outsourcing transactions for financial institutions and advises on regulatory and compliance issues.
