We cover the industry sectors where copyright and design is at the forefront, including fashion, furnishings, retail and the built environment.  Our many years of experience in the design sector enable us to provide valuable commercial as well as legal solutions. 

Copyright and design law is a complex area involving a range of registered and unregistered national and Community rights.  Because of our vast experience in advising on design issues we are able to cut through this complexity, advising on the best form of protection or the most likely result of an infringement action.

We understand the processes involved in design and so can advise on practical, pragmatic steps to take to protect the creative process.

We register designs at a UK, Community and International level using our in-house design registration team.

We are members of the Anti-Counterfeiting Group and support ACG's activities in the campaign against the trade in fakes.
