  • Changes to competition law and land agreements - latest.  From 6 April 2011, land agreements will no longer have any special exemption from competition law. Land agreements (or restrictive provisions in them) which prevent, restrict or distort competition to an appreciable extent will be unenforceable unless they merit individual exemption.  Substantial fines can also be imposed for serious breaches of competition law.    Read more >
