Gender Pay Gap Reporting: a visual guide to getting it right

From 6 April 2017, gender pay gap reporting will be mandatory for all employers with 250+ employees.  To help you prepare, the BLP Employment team has created a visual summary of the key issues that private and voluntary sector organisations must have in mind, together with a checklist of steps to take by 4 April 2018 (the latest date by which employers must publish their first report).
