2014 has seen a significant number of employment law changes, with the current Government pushing to implement its employment law reforms before next year's general election.

2015 already promises to be another big year of change. Aside from the general election heralding a new Government's employment law programme, there are also already a number of expected changes, not least the introduction of Shared Parental Leave, and the PRA/FCA changes to the regulatory framework for individuals and to the remuneration rules.
