BLP's response to BIS' consultation on the Draft Consumer Rights Bill

As part of what is probably the largest overhaul of EU and UK consumer laws in several decades, in June 2013, the Department for Business Innovation and Skills ("BIS") launched a consultation on the Draft Consumer Rights Bill. The new Bill is in three main parts which cover, in very broad terms a) rights and remedies in connection with the supply of goods, services and digital content; b) unfair terms and; c) powers of enforcement.
