$1bn sale of stake in Indonesian mining firm Bumi - Legalweek

Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and Slaughter and May have advised on the $1bn (£632m) sale of 24% stake in Indonesian mining company Bumi. BLP advised the sellers, commodities trader Bakrie & Brothers and Indonesian investment company Long Haul Holdings, with a team led by City corporate finance partner Benjamin Lee.
