With an Employment team of over 30, we invest our time learning about our client’s businesses. Clients have a dedicated team which is partner led to ensure our high service standards are met and that the client gets the best out of us.
We see relationship management as an ongoing dialogue so we meet with our clients regularly for review meetings and debriefs to ensure we deliver a service which is aligned to their business and individual needs. Our client service delivery is all about making our advice and support as helpful as possible and easy to use. Examples include our itemised fee estimates and billing, Litigation Action Plans, ‘lessons learned’ feedback, settlement agreement checklists etc.
Our client training is practical and topical. We provide a range of training options at our auditorium to cater for every need. Our annual programme includes half day workshops, breakfast briefings and seminars.

Our bespoke training is designed and pitched to the client’s needs and constantly receives great feedback. All of our lawyers visit clients on a regular basis to provide training and updates. We provide training to HR, legal teams, regional management and the Board.
As well as writing regularly for a number of HR and in-house lawyer publications, our team produces a quarterly newsletter and regular updates. We also offer an e-brief service or short and practical email updates on a need to know basis. For our larger clients, we also offer bespoke newsletters.
