Corporate Finance

Now more than ever, it is critical for businesses to make the right investment decisions to maximise return on capital while reducing risk. Whether this be growth through acquisitions or fundraisings, or the realisation of value through a sale or restructuring, our clients want an adviser that can help make deals happen.

We act for UK and international clients on their mid-market and high-end public and private M&A and equity capital markets transactions. Our private equity team executes high-value deals acting for sovereign wealth and opportunity funds as well as the venture capital/mid-market buy out sector. We also advise clients in the increasingly important area of corporate governance and board and executive solutions, as well as on corporate turnarounds, restructuring and insolvency and investment funds transactions.
