      Andrew Yates

      Partner, Commercial Real Estate

      Andrew is renowned for his experience in the Build to Rent sector and leads the firm's multi-disciplinary initiatives. He is a member of the British Property Federation’s Build to Rent Committee, on the board of the UKAA and works closely with the ULI. Andrew has worked on some of the most high-profile Build to Rent schemes of the past few years, including Tipi’s iconic Wembley Park development and LaSalle Investment Management’s UK-wide investment programme.

      Nazir specialises in commercial construction law and has been described by Chambers as, “very knowledgeable, clear thinking and straight forward to do business with”. His recent residential experience includes advising Qatari Diar on the design and construction of its high profile redevelopment of the 12.8 acre Chelsea Barracks site in London.

      Ruth has in-depth experience of multi-disciplinary real estate transactions, both in the UK and internationally, with a focus on development and joint ventures. She has successfully concluded sales and purchases of corporate structures holding real estate assets and advised on joint ventures for residential development and securing finance for those developments. Ruth’s most recent experience includes advising on one of the largest UK Build to Rent developments to date, at Tipi’s Wembley Park.

      Justin specialises in advising on the establishment and operation of real estate joint ventures and unlisted real estate funds, with particular focus on the Build to Rent industry. He’s advised on a number of prominent transactions, including advising M3 Capital Partners on the formation and reorganisation of the Essential Living platform, and advising Morgan Sindall Investments and the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) on the creation of a joint venture for investment in retirement living.
